October 2026: rebuilt evidence search, follow-ups from chat and a medical audit center
Evidence search was rebuilt, alerts and reports became follow-ups you manage from the chat, the Library became editable and sign-in no longer uses passwords. On arkangel.ai we opened a Medical Audit Center with free tools for Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
Added
- Scheduled follow-ups: ask the chat to watch a topic or send you a report, and confirm before it is saved. Existing alerts were moved over without turning on email.
- Custom skills, created and managed from the chat.
- Editable Library documents: edit a document and ask the assistant for changes in the same view, with autosave, undo and version checks. PDF, Office and media files get an editable text copy next to the original.
- Medical Audit Center at arkangel.ai/es/centro-auditoria-medica: guides and free tools for medical auditors in Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
- A public 2026 benchmark of claim denials and receivables in Latin America, with sources and a downloadable CSV.
- Arkangel Academy at arkangel.ai/es/academy, with free courses and the Auditor PRO course.
- Tools for AI agents: the /tools.json catalog with a JSON API for each free tool, and an MCP server at /mcp.

- Evidence search was rebuilt for Chat and Quick Search: fewer queries, PubMed among the sources, partial results kept, duplicate publications merged and publication status checked.
- History brings together your queries, clinical notes and saved resources in one search. Library links now open History.
- Passwordless sign-in: use a code sent to your email, or your Google or Microsoft account.
- The public API is served from api.arkangel.ai.
Removed
- Advanced search (Deep Search). New questions use clinical search; your previous conversations stay readable.
- Reports, Skills and More left the sidebar: follow-ups and skills now live in the chat.
